Miss DanceyPants jewelry, figures, and home décor started as a hobby when I was much younger. Needless to say to say over the years my interests have grown along with my skills. Today, I’m in the process of expanding to a full fledged business.

All of these items are handcrafted from polymer clay. The majority of the beads, not including glass and seed beads, are handmade using a technique called millefiori, which originated in glass work. The different colors are different colored layers of clay packed together and reduced to a dainty size. They are not painted.

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! All jewelry is specifically designed to hold up to normal wear and tear.

Please remember, it is normal to find natural variations with handmade beads, and other materials and therefore, not considered a material or design flaw. In fact, variations are often what makes a piece even more exciting.

You must also remember that monitor resolution and colors vary considerably from person to person. I strive to provide you with accurate descriptions, colors and details.

What materials do you use?
I use Beadalon, metal strands coated with nylon, for stringing works, unless otherwise noted. This is considered one of the most reliable materials in the industry. Findings and clasps are available in gold plated, silver plated, sterling silver, and surgical steel. Please inquire if you have preferences or allergies. Most of my beads are handmade and the policies below apply to their repair and/or replacement.

Can I return a purchase?
Items can be returned for a full refund within 60 days, less postage to return the item to me. If returned in person, no postage will be charged. After 60 days returns can be made in exchange for a store credit.

Can I exchange a purchase?
All items are exchangeable! If exchanging for a less expensive item, a refund will be presented, if exchanging for a more expensive item payment of the difference will be required.*

What if my item breaks or is damaged?
I stand by my items and no matter how it got damaged, I will repair it. I will be happy to repair any item, less shipping and handling, one time free of charge. Be sure to collect and return all beads. After the first repair, only a small fee will be incurred for following repairs. If an item or items cannot be repaired, particularly beads, they may be substituted with a closely matched style and color.*

Can I have an item adjusted to fit better?
Is a bracelet or necklace a little too short or long? It can be adjusted at any time. You just pay shipping to get the item to me and I will send it back adjusted! Please contact me with your specifications.*

How do I care for and clean my purchase?
Use a clean, slightly damp cloth for cleaning the jewelry. For items containing sterling silver - use a silver polishing cloth. Ultrasonic or chemical jewelry cleaners could harm some of the components and/or beading materials over time, please do not use them. You can also rub some Vaseline or moisturizing lotion into the beads to make the colors richer and the shine a little brighter.

Is shopping secure?
Shopping is safe and secure through PayPal. As with purchasing all things over the Internet - be sure notice the lock or key at the lower right hand corner of your browser. It will be visible when you enter the PayPal site and upon checking out.

Can I pay by check or money order instead?
